BIOGRAPHY
B.Eng. (Hons) in Prosthetics and Orthotics, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (1999); M.Phil. in Biomedical Engineering, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (2002); Ph.D. in Bioengineering, University of Strathclyde, United Kingdom (2005). Professor at the Graduate Institute of Biomedical Engineering, National Chung Hsing University. Research interests: medical device design, biosensors, biomedical electronics, and assistive technology.
