BIOGRAPHY
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Gia Minh Thao received the B.Eng. (honors) and M.Eng. (first class) degrees in electrical and electronics engineering from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (VNU-HCM) in 2009 and 2011, and the Dr.Eng. degree in electrical engineering and intelligent control from Waseda University, Japan, in 2015. After postdoctoral and assistant professor positions at Waseda University, Toyota Technological Institute, and Nagoya University, he is now an Associate Professor at Shimane University, Japan.

Prof. Maria Alessandra Ragusa is Full Professor of Mathematical Analysis at the Department of Mathematics and Computer Sciences, University of Catania, Italy. She is recognized among the Top Italian Scientists in Mathematics, and her research centers on partial differential equations and mathematical–computational methods with applications across the applied sciences.
